Sooner Spring

The Sooner Spring exercise had five components: an executive tabletop exercise and four practical training exercises in Lawton, McAlester, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. The exercise provided a broad, but robust snapshot of Oklahoma's level of readiness for meeting the threat of biological terrorism. It spanned gubernatorial-level decision-making, crisis communications, local-level emergency response, public health functions, and a host of other terrorism-related issues.
