MIPT [ Memorial Institute for Prevention of Terrorism ]

MIPT is refocusing its efforts to become a national terrorism prevention training and exercise center for the Department of Homeland Security. TKB ceased operations on March 31, 2008, and elements of the system will be merged with the Global Terrorism Database (GTD), managed by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) at the University of Maryland. We have been pleased to provide the TKB to the public over the past four years, and we look forward to continued service in our new role. Please email us your comments or feedback.
